The hands behind MELA FOR HER products are those of experienced seamstress and cutters who work at our workshop in Addis Ababa. We also provide opportunities for young vulnerable women and men so they can have a first job experience and grow professionally with us.

Together with them, our administrative, finance, marketing and education specialists work hard to ensure that our product and services reach all women and girls across the country.

We are proud to say that MELA FOR HER is a women’s social enterprise since more than 85% of our team is composed of young women.
